Blue air started off OK like dishing out boiled sweets b4 landing to avoid ear pain but went down hill very fast on the third time of using them we booked and paid for the front extra legroom seats nearly ten months in advancand like others at online check in found we had been allocated other seat and not the ones we had paid over a hundred quid extra for got nowhere with the so call customer service but luckily paid with the barckaycard and got money back
This was my first time in Blue air, travelling with few freinds to Bucharest. Was intially skeptical about the airlines but was pleasantly surprised by the quality.
Flights were clean, decent legroom for low cost economy, nice check in process and each seat had charging facility. Communication was also very clear.
Cancelled flight with one week notice. No phone number or mail for contact. Only possible through website, but the customer support page has been "down" every time I checked last six months. Lost my money. This company is 110% scam. Stay away.
They Cancelled the flight twice because of covid and now we can't get the money back from them for a refund because they are going under. When we could get hold of them they lied and lied . Don't lose your money with them like we did
