I hope all of them finish in jail, but knowing Romania I really doubt it. Never again a company from a country where they do not respect the customers.

I scheduled a flight as one part of my honeymoon and they kept cancelling the fights, needless to say they did not returned the money. Their customer service does not even exist. Stay away from this airline if you don't want to lose money. FRAUD.

they cancelled our flight. they haven't refunded our money almost 3 months later. FRAUD. they 've kept selling tickets for lights that they knew it was immpossible to be carriied out.

On September 13 they canceled our flight N7KSRM for no reason and to this day I still have not received a refund.

After more than 2 months waiting, I still have no answer.

I highly recommend NOT FLYING with this company. to this day, they are stealing my money and time.
