The worst flight company of the world. I payed my flight that canceled afterwards, they never return me back my money they told me to like put them on the wallet on the website, but they never show up. The airplanes are horrible.. I'm 1.80 feet and I couldn't even sit because my legs were hitting the front chair. I am wondering why this company is still alive?!?!

I was about to return to Malta from a vacation in Finland, until I was informed my flight was cancelled. Well, I didn't think much of it, because to me it was self-evident I will get my money back as the service was not provided; YET I am still waiting for my refund. Blue air is postponing it and prolonging it and I get no conclusive answer from the airline. Internet says Blue Air has suspended their flights until further notice, which is okay; but what is NOT okay is that they are f**king drinking champagne with my money. Blue Air is a criminal organization. If I was to take Blue Air's money and not pay it back, I would be taken to court for it, yet it does not work the other way around. Activity like that falls under a blatant theft from Blue Air's side. Don't ever mistakenly book with Blue Air, since if the flight will be cancelled you can wholeheartedly say goodbye to your money.

Absolutely terrible. Changed my flight to another day so I could not take it and now still awaiting a refund after 1 year . YES ONE YEAR ! My recommendation is to AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

We were due to fly back from Bucharest to London in September but they cancelled all of their flights at the last minute until October costing us an extra £900 to get home. They have turned off any requests for cash refunds (which they required to give under EU law) and removed themselves from any airline dispute bodies.

They are evidently about to go bankrupt. The worst was knowing that they had suspended all flights but still seeing them advertising ghost flights on their website. This is a huge cash grab, and I have no idea how it’s legal. This is NOT an airline now. It’s a scam. Avoid at all costs.

It was my first time flying with them (and probably the last). The flight was delayed by 6+ hours. No Blue Air customer support at London Luton was available. All phone lines just kept ringing. The customer support after is ignorent too. No reply whatsoever. Dodgy business
