Beware of this airline that they cancel your flight with less than 24 hours, my flight was on September 7 from Bucharest to Prague and they canceled it less than a day before and until now I have not had a refund, I feel cheated!

As mentioned in the title.
The type of company that becomes vengeful when the authorities catches and a judge finds them guilty.
They left over 3000 passengers stranded to show how important they are.
Sick, childish behaviour.
Your trip with blueair can be cancelled randomly at any time.
DO NOT travel with them.

First and last time I booked with blue air through Kiwi platform. Horrible experience from both sites since my flight was cancelled and I didn't get my refund since 4 months ago. Blue air is a scam made in Romania with complicity of the politicians and they shouldn't have been selling tickets since they are almost bankrupt. Please please please DON'T NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS SCAMMERS CALLED BLUE AIR, they are horrible.

Canceled flight 2 minutes before boarding because of the 'unforeseen situation' that the Ministry of the Environment seized their bank accounts in the middle of the day and canceled all flights immediately.

Caused so much chaos that the Romanian government has to send flights operated by the national company in order to bring people back home

We were supposed to land at Heathrow, but 2 hours before the flight we received an email informing us that the flight was redirected to another airport outside of London. I have not received any explanation for this change. There was chaos at boarding and the seat allocated on the ticket was not respected and everyone sat where they could. There were also people left out because they sold more tickets than available seats. A total lack of respect towards customers from the crew.
