Canceled flight 2 minutes before boarding because of the 'unforeseen situation' that the Ministry of the Environment seized their bank accounts in the middle of the day and canceled all flights immediately.
Caused so much chaos that the Romanian government has to send flights operated by the national company in order to bring people back home

We were supposed to land at Heathrow, but 2 hours before the flight we received an email informing us that the flight was redirected to another airport outside of London. I have not received any explanation for this change. There was chaos at boarding and the seat allocated on the ticket was not respected and everyone sat where they could. There were also people left out because they sold more tickets than available seats. A total lack of respect towards customers from the crew.

A lot of flights delayed or cancelled. Next time I will prefer another company...I do not recommend.

We were meant to fly from Bucharest to Heathrow but instead got to Southend Airport. We got an email with 2 h before departure that the destination was changed. No one gave us an explication. On top of everything the flight was overbooked and some customers were left behind cause they sold more tickets than seats. The attitude of stewards was negligent and everyone seated wherever they could find a seat . I wouldn’t recommend this airline to anyone. Unfortunately we don’t have many options to travel.

5th sept 2022 Bucharest to Heathrow 16:40
Last minute they have changed the airoport destination to Southend so I have to pay an extra £40 for the train. And than go to pick up my car from west London. A hussle 😒
I have paid extra £28 for extra large leg space seat as I had knee surgery.Got in the plane the seat is been allocated to someoneelse., the new check in was issued, new seats but the Staff were saying take any seat available.Nightmare! This is a joke .. I believe they sale the same seat twice .🙄.. very unprofessional, dissapointed. I have tried to contact Customer service, the number provided is not working.
Looking forward for my refund
Never use blueair again for sure.
