We were meant to fly from Bucharest to Heathrow but instead got to Southend Airport. We got an email with 2 h before departure that the destination was changed. No one gave us an explication. On top of everything the flight was overbooked and some customers were left behind cause they sold more tickets than seats. The attitude of stewards was negligent and everyone seated wherever they could find a seat . I wouldn’t recommend this airline to anyone. Unfortunately we don’t have many options to travel.

Last minute they have changed the airoport destination to Southend so I have to pay an extra £40 for the train. And than go to pick up my car from west London. A hussle 😒
I have paid extra £28 for extra large leg space seat as I had knee surgery.Got in the plane the seat is been allocated to someoneelse., the new check in was issued, new seats but the Staff were saying take any seat available.Nightmare! This is a joke .. I believe they sale the same seat twice .🙄.. very unprofessional, dissapointed. I have tried to contact Customer service, the number provided is not working.

I almost felt robbed. Please so not believe it is a low cost. The service and the quality is low cost. Thats it. Stay away From Blue Air.
