2 flights one after another, one week apart, the first one with 2 h delay, the second one with 1h delay.
Worst company, never flying again with them. Noone came to board us. The flight was schedueled at 6:00 and at 6:20 someone FINALLY come to actually board us. After that we just lost bunch of time with the formalities.
I have been using Blue Air a lot since it is the only low cost airline flying from Heathrow to Bucharest. EVERY SINGLE flight I bought was either changed once or EVEN TWICE or it was cancelled. They say they give you the option to change or cancel your ticket, but if you cancel and ask for refund they never give you the money back and they never answer your emails. Reaching them via phone is both difficult and very expensive. The fact that every flight out of over 15 I have had with them was changed is also a big inconvenience because I organise the flights to match my work schedule too and they give very bad alternatives. If you have any other option for your flight, it is worth paying much more towards a different airline rather than flying with Blue Air.

During online check in, I was given the option to pay for extra legroom seats. I tried to pay using a debit card but their website stated payment had not gone through and no boarding passes could be issued. I paid with a credit card and received ab invoice and my boarding passes for the ext6ra legroom seats.
Once on board, realised we were issued boarding passes for regular seats, NOT extra legroom and to top it off, they debited my account twice for the same thing and my credit card as well, so I paid 3 times for something that did not exist.
I emailed them immediately with proof of the duplicate payments and non existent seats and have heard NOTHING.
