I would avoid this company!
During online check in, I was given the option to pay for extra legroom seats. I tried to pay using a debit card but their website stated payment had not gone through and no boarding passes could be issued. I paid with a credit card and received ab invoice and my boarding passes for the ext6ra legroom seats.
Once on board, realised we were issued boarding passes for regular seats, NOT extra legroom and to top it off, they debited my account twice for the same thing and my credit card as well, so I paid 3 times for something that did not exist.
I emailed them immediately with proof of the duplicate payments and non existent seats and have heard NOTHING.

Blue Air canceled our flights, but not even on the same time, they canceled first the flight from Lisbon to Bucharest, we had to find another one and pay extra accommodations, and now, after 2 weeks, and just 2 weeks before the flight, the canceled also the flight from Bucharest to Porto, with no other option. They simply destroyed our vacation, for a group of 16 persons. They should pay for this. Never chose them again.

Blue Air changed the day of my flight . This was inconvenient to me and I asked them to return the money. The flight was supposed to be in October. I still did not get my money. Stay away from this company or you will wait for your money for ages

Guys,

Starting frim check in all the way to boarding it is chaos.
Me and my 11 yo son were placed on smth called STANDBY, since Blue Air overbook a lot.
Our flight was delayed for over 4 hours and i managed to convince them to let us out.
Missed interconnecting flight so left and got tickets for a next day.
Book them only if there is no way to avoid, otherwise risky, unpredictable and unreliable.
Simply even if you check in online no guarantee you will get on a plane.
Next level of shamelessness)

Always flights are delayed , poor board services , worst organization possible , no refunds for damaged and 1 lost luggage ....better to avoid this company ...till they will go on bankruptcy.
