“Good company but a little higher on prices”

Good company, nothing to object but they have big prices comparing to other companies. I recommend introducing New routes like Malta or Venice or something that no other low cost has.

Has flights cancelled just less than a month before departure due to operational reasons, I then found my flights still on sale on their website and another third party website 2 days after cancellation. Poor response to messages and having to wait for a refund.
Will never fly Blueair again and definitely do not recommendation trusting them to honour bookings.

The flight never happened as the company just sent everyone emails that bookings were cancelled due to "operational issues." We have been left stranded and had to scramble to book last minute flights and change our holiday dates to make it all work. The call centre never picks up, no one responds on social media (they continue posting promotional content), and worst of all - the flights are available again for bookings starting at three times the price we paid originally! Absolute shambles of a company and should be ashamed of scamming people our of their money without a reasonable cause and without fully explaining why there has been a cancellation.

We flew with Blue Air, in August 2018.

A somewhat different flight, from what you would expect from certain airlines. Upon arrival at Birmingham Airport (UK), the check in process was quite lengthy. We had previously purchased the 'All Included Package' for our flight to Bucharest (Romania), which should include a 32kg bag each, a meal and some other included extras. When we took off from Birmingham, we saw that the flight attendants were starting to serve people their prepaid meals. After they had finished, we enquiried about ours, but they blankly showed us a piece of paper, and was very dismissive and somewhat being a bit rude. I explained that we had booked, selected and prepaid a meal for each of us, but they kept going back to and showing and waving us a piece of paper, which showed that our meals were not available, and were not on board the plane.

They then said we had to phone up, their customer services department, and when we asked if we would be compensated in any way, they didn't even compromise, or even allow us to have anything out of the regular catering menu. We were quite humiliated by the staff's attitude and customer service, but we did have a good rest of the flight.We finally opted, with much disappointment and dismay, to pay for a stir fry meal for me, and some tea and coffee for my family.

Overall, we would try Blue Air in the future, but we advise people to be very mindful about booking upgrades and meals with Blue Air.

Big group of us travelling back from Alicante had flight cancelled just over 2 weeks before flight so they don't need to pay compensation. Luckily managed to book with another airline but prices have obviously gone up since originally booking
