Absolutely terrible. They canceled my flight 3 days in advanced for “weather.” I got rebooked from direct to a connection flight with a 3 hour layover.
The plane was broken the tray table by my seat didn’t even work with a giant sticker on it. They’re cheap and barely supplied in flight service. And then despite me paying in extra $39 for a premium seat so could get off faster the back of the plane bum rushed the door. I missed my next mode of transport by 3 mins. Deff could’ve made it. And lastly they had us valet our bags. Instead of us getting our bags they just let everyone grab from the trolley. PSA IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I ALMOST NEVER WANT TO FLY AMERICAN AGAIN.
