“Another horrible experience with American airlines”

Unfortunately I've had nine flights with American airlines in the last three years and a flight has been delayed each time. I have limited vacation time and every hour is important to me, but not to American.

One flight was delayed multiple times until around 11 pm and American had me stay in a dirty hotel that was a 30 plus minute ride from the airport. Had to get up around 4 am to leave for the airport.

Missed a good chunk of my vacation due to their incompetence. I reached out to customer relations and I requested a partial refund and they provided the equivalent of about $20 in frequent flier miles. Wow, how professional. I should get at least half of my money back.

I will never fly with this disorganized airline and you shouldn't ether. When they can't make it anywhere on time, I wonder about the rest of the company- are the planes even safe? Stay away!

Good service but they ran out of all the good meals. Also, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI WITH A BUSINESS CLASS TICKET??? Make it make sense AA… The cost of one of those tickets alone could fund wifi for the entire plane. Even the flight attendant told me “yeah we’ve told them it should be included many times but they don’t do anything about it, I wish i could give you a voucher or something. You should write a bad review.” This should be a snap decision from the exec board. Give people who are paying thousands for premium seats wifi. Even better, make it Starlink wifi (like United has done) so it’s actually usable. Thanks

Delayed again! I am currently at Chicago airport right now after the 3rd delay for my flight back home. This is actually ridiculous. On the way to California it was delayed and we were late to our connecting flight, almost missed it but just made it. Our bags did not and had to be delivered to the hotel. Now on the way home we are delayed after they changed the gate 2x. For the amount of money they charge they should have better service than this. I will not be flying American Airlines again.

Worst experience ever. Paid $145 per seat and they took our seats. Put us no where near each other. My invalid husband on his own in a middle seats. Spoke to customer service they said you have a seat and there was nothing they could do.
