So, recently went on a business retreat with one of my companies and flew American. As we went to depart Cancun we were informed of a delay 2 hr ,4 hr you need to look for another flight to get out of Cancun. So with a line of entire plane looking to get out of Cancun we went back and forth with customer service finally getting a flight out many hours later that we missed our connecting flight to go home, so then we started another journey while all checkout lanes were closed due to the whole plane complaining and trying to find a way home. We were put in hotel for 4 hrs to get on another flight to not home and landed in that airport with another 2hr ,3hr, 5 hr delay ,We had to board or pets for another day , miss days of work and the most important miss the 6th bday of a son . With all this inconvince the airline offered us a 50 travel credit ..lol
Do not fly this airline customer service is si bad they dont even have a phone number !
