This is the first time I’m ever reviewing an airlines. I business travel 3-4 times to South America but never hopped on an American Airlines. This opportunity I reserved a flight to Peru in my daughter with two good stops. Our second flight from PHX-MIA 2243 (Joshua Alegre) we met a plane attendant by the name of Christina with a lot of respect/experienced/very very kind who gave a lot of advices/gift/food and snacks to my younger daughter (8yo) very respected. My flight to Bangkok Thailand was canceled at the last minute due to bad weather in Dallas Texas. My problem is that I have family that lives in Dallas and I also have internet capability. There wasn't any bad weather in Dallas, unfortunately, American Airlines wasn't truthful about the situation. I lost money on my Airbnb I paid for in advance due to American Airlines' negligence. I was informed by American Airlines that they will not be able to refund the money I lost on my Airbnb!!

Qatar Airways no longer flies out of Philadelphia. American Airlines does their flights now. The comparison is day and night. Main complaint is they serve beverages after the snack and meal. Was the same from Doha to Phl. Fortunately in Philadelphia one can bring water on after purchase in airport but not in Doha so you're stuck for a while.

American Airlines is one of the worst airlines. I always go out of my way to fly Delta and every time I have to fly American I remember how much it sucks. The DFW C terminal is so damn gross. The bathrooms disgusting. Food courts terrible options and dirty. Security dirty. I will make sure never to fly American ans long ans I can avoid it. The staff is so rude. If I find out the woman who checked my boarding pass, I am going to write an official complaint. AMERICAN AIRLINES SUCKS. Choose a different airline if you have a choice. Thanks for listening. American sucks.

I was asked by customer relations team to cancel my return flight just to submit my double charged baggage fee. Even when I explained the simple reason why I couldn't cancel, they responded back with the same instructions. I believe they don't even take a min to read your inquiry and just reply with the email template. Horrible experience I've ever had with any airline I used. Don't recommend. Never use AA again for sure.
