I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the cancellation of my flight, confirmation number GHSSQY, under the name Juliette Houle. I am currently stranded in Charlotte, and I have to work tomorrow at 12 PM. It is impossible for me to remain here any longer.
I have been waiting in line at the help desk for over two hours with no progress, and I have not received any response from your team. This situation is unacceptable.
I urgently request a flight to Tulum at the earliest possible time. Additionally, I demand significant compensation for this inconvenience and the distress caused.
