Very poor service, delays, I was flying first class in 6 hours flight we had no food at all.
Just to complete the experience my bag never came out. I am impressed how the service is getting worse and prices higher.
It was a trash experience. Wouldn’t recommend or do it again.

The flight to VA Beach was delayed by over an hour without explanation. The flight back to Philly was delayed by over two hours without explanation. Stayed on hold for a customer service agent for over a hour. Worse airline ever!! No respect for their customers time and money!

Last 3 AA flights have been severely delayed due to no crews to work the flights. People all over the Charlotte Airport were sleeping in the airport and having nightmare AA travel experiences

We were stranded 2 days. The first flight the pilot didn't even show up!
Then we kept being delayed and they will do absolutely nothing to resolve any issues. I will NEVER fly with American airlines I've had way better experiences with Frontier!
