I will never go in this airlines again,they have me here at 3am.Than change the flights 4 times and now it’s 8:39am
Where I finally got the on an aircraft

We were stranded 2 days. The first flight the pilot didn't even show up!
Then we kept being delayed and they will do absolutely nothing to resolve any issues. I will NEVER fly with American airlines I've had way better experiences with Frontier!

I missed a very important trip to Sydney. End of life decisions, you know? Been crying and trying to get american airlines to respond. You only get computers. Be foreworned

First when we flew from Denver to Dallas as a connecting flight to pensacola, it was delayed multiple times and we had to run across the airport so we would not have to leave 4 hours later than our original time. Now we are back in Dallas trying to get back to Denver and they held us waiting for a flight for 4 hours and then just cancelled it without any warning. They didn’t even have the balls to come say it to our faces. I hate American airlines and if you care about your sanity i suggest not flying with them EVER. They suck and everyone that works for American Airlines are lazy and rude and cocky. I hate the airline and the people. Never fly with them. I got extremely anxiety sick and cannot stop throwing up from the stress of it. They had no regard for anyone’s medical conditions. The airline had no consideration for the fact that I have ptsd and anxiety and stress make me physically sick. They did not care. American airlines is awful and inconsiderate. If you want a smooth trip with no problems then I recommend any other airline.

WOW, been awhile on AA and what a disaster. First coming into Charlotte from NWK to TAMPA had a 30 min layoff and a 15 min walk from one terminal to next connecting terminal. First RED FLAG, then this flight no snacks and paid same price as for those with snacks offered.

Then returning back dame day flight delayed once, twice in TAMPA understandable weather. Arrived into Charlotte connecting to Newark delayed 8 plus hours to then get a message on the message board after the ticket agents ran into the aircraft that flight was CANCELED! NOW sitting and writing this review waiting for a selected alternative flight back home but next flight isn't till 945pm .... disgrace!!!!! No assistance rudeness at 100% by the ticket agents wow NEVER AGAIN with this airline. Don't BOOK WITH AA, this makes SPIRIT a better choice maybe lol! BRING BACK CONTINENTAL AIRLINES!!!!

And to top it off ... customer service has a 10 hr waiting time the live chat has 27 others in front of me ridiculous bad experience!!
