WOW! This is a very great airline!! The food was decent, and the flight attendents were SUPER nice. The plane didn't get delayed, and the landing was good, the only bad thing is the bathroom was... dirty.

Do not fly. They delayed my flight codes the delay as air traffic. They would not give any vouchers for a hotel or food! Fly Delta they were the best!

Flight was scheduled at 7:24 still haven’t left it’s 8:06 apparently it’s engine problems when mechanic said there wasn’t nothing wrong

Worst airline they have no crew every flight have gotten delayer its terrible. The crew have had bad attitude and they are just going around and jerking it because the flights are always late and delayer they suck.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel my flight. However, the information provided by your customer service representatives about the cancellation process was misleading and inaccurate. I was assured that my cancellation would be processed promptly and that I would receive a flight credit. Unfortunately, this did not happen.

Despite following all the instructions given, I was later informed that I was not eligible for a credit after canceling my flight. This has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. Never again.
