Worst airline they have no crew every flight have gotten delayer its terrible. The crew have had bad attitude and they are just going around and jerking it because the flights are always late and delayer they suck.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel my flight. However, the information provided by your customer service representatives about the cancellation process was misleading and inaccurate. I was assured that my cancellation would be processed promptly and that I would receive a flight credit. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
Despite following all the instructions given, I was later informed that I was not eligible for a credit after canceling my flight. This has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. Never again.
I was expecting better from American Airlines since I am a AAdvantage member, but they have only disappointed me. We missed a connecting flight for a maintenance issue, and to even talk to customer service we waited over 30 minutes in line.
There were no available flights for our destination without switching airlines, so we got sent to a hotel to stay in overnight.
Our next reservation was made with United, but when we checked in, we had to pay for seats and luggage AGAIN.
For some reason that wasnt covered, over $600 with the seats that were left and luggage combined. I have spent my first day of vacation in a hotel that I will never get back, next day we flew to LA then to Honolulu.
I came back from my vacation looking for reimbursement and compensation but I was on hold on the phone for over an hour just for them to tell me everything was done online.
Even with the request forms on their website, they only give you 200 characters to explain your issues. More than a month past already exchanging emails back and forth with AA customer relations agent and all I got is that my trip to los Ángeles request was not refunded ( my trip was to Honolulu not to Los Angeles)

Worst airline experience ever. Fires in Maui took place right before my travel date to the Island so I called to request a refund and they told me I would have to pay to talk to a representative given my ticket was from a 3rd party app. After that they coordinated a credit instead of a refund for the flight that was to be used by the date of the flight the following year. Turns out that the it isn't the date of the flight, rather, it is the date of the booking of the flight so when I went to use the credit-- it was no longer available. What a crappy way to handle a disaster. Very reflective of your values as a business.
