Worst airline experience ever. Fires in Maui took place right before my travel date to the Island so I called to request a refund and they told me I would have to pay to talk to a representative given my ticket was from a 3rd party app. After that they coordinated a credit instead of a refund for the flight that was to be used by the date of the flight the following year. Turns out that the it isn't the date of the flight, rather, it is the date of the booking of the flight so when I went to use the credit-- it was no longer available. What a crappy way to handle a disaster. Very reflective of your values as a business.
