The Air Transat is not standing up to what they promise when you book on line. Check your transfers with representative and how they work before you leave to your destination. According to website the transfers are included.. well, we were charged twice in Mexico because our travel document didn't indicate that transfers are included. The representative at the hotel, Occidental Costa Cancun, is apparently not real according to the Transat agent that I spoke over the phone. What a shame and stressful experience!

Great flight although the free WiFi was not that great,,Food was served on the flight as well as soft drinks would have liked better entertainment on the flight.

We purchased the plus fare. It included a number of things. Some were good, others not worth the cost. Included meal and drink had to be confirmed each time as the attendants did not know who had purchased this when serving. Priority boarding did not make a difference as in Calgary all passengers pushed into line and nobody policed this. In Punta Can a all are loaded on a bus anyway so no priority. Unfortunately we did not have extra luggage that was also included.

First time flying air transit. We had a direct flight from Moncton to Cancun. The service was very friendly, food was far. We will use this carrier again

On the way to Cuba the staff were rude one lady tells my friend to open the blind and turn off your cell phone twice what did she think she was 2??? They were selling duty free items and went past you so fast you didn't have a chance to say anything the staff on the 20th on the way there should take lesson from the staff that brought us home on the 27th they were amazing,
