This flight company has really gone down hill. Provided one (inedible) meal at the beginning of the flight which I was woken up for and told I’d better eat it as there would be no other food for 15 hours! The flight was 17 hours long. The breakfast 15 hours later was roast beef and potatoes with baked beans and inedible. I paid nearly $3000 for this one way flight which was terrible.

The service was great and the food supreme. I thought the food was restaurant standard. Thank you so much.

What is happening at Air New Zealand, Have loved this airline for years but the last 3 flights we have had with you guys have been terrible. Flights cancelled and 7 hour wait for next flight. Flight overseas delayed so missed connecting flight. Flight cancelled at 1.00 in the morning plane with children and elderly not OK.

On Friday September 29 2023 I arrived at Queenstown airport to fly back to Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland)
There was a Asian staff member from Air Nz (green scarf) who I approached for help as I missed bag check in due to being late.
She advised I could still make my flight however I could not take my bag.
I took the offer as I did not want to be standard as I was visiting Queenstown but unfortunately the communications had changed in a matter of seconds where she then said I had no designated seat to the plane had left.I was confused by the information she provided so I asked for clarification. By then she refused to look at the email confirmation of my designated seat and the interaction with her escalated, resulting in her being completely rude and unprofessional.Airport police got involved where I was treated like a criminal. I am in the process of making an official complaint! I was mistreated for being Māori and discriminated by people who are visitors to this country. Disgusting!

Worst airline don't fly them. rude attendants they gave me the wrong meal and they broke my luggage and never gave the money for it
