Just left flat by the flight, the service and the delays, we had delays that ended up being 90 minutes late, waiting for the crew! All the passengers were there but no crew. On boarding we were told to hurry along because we'd been delayed, whose fault was that??? certainly not the passengers yet we were treated as a nuisance and were chivvied along like recalcitrant children. On the flight they forgot our meal, ran out of options and finally fed us after having to ask twice for our meal, same applied to a drink, coffee is apparently grown on the wing. The cabin crew were impatient, put upon and irritated because they had work to do. Unbelievable treatment and a horrible feeling. It felt like we hadn't paid enough or weren't good enough, very unpleasant. Air NZ do not offer a good experience, they simply don't.
