Instead of being referred to as Business Class in my mind should be called... 'World Class". Can't say enough good things about this carrier. Wonderful experience. There really is nothing more to say except that you can't do better in my mind than flying with these people. I give them the highest rating.

As always it was a pleasure to fly AIr New Zealand. The service is efficient & always with a smile. Inflight food & beverage was good. The humerous safety videos are always fun as well as informative.

Air New Zealand staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee was great for an airline coffee and the attendants were quick to refill my cup. I didn't try the meal but it looked and smelled great. The safety video was an entertaining highlight - in rap music style. The reason for an average rating is that you had to pay for tv shows and movies which was a bit disappointing. Also - in the back seat pocket of the seat in front of me there was someone's leftover toasted sandwich remains which wasn't ideal.
