Unfortunately, a more than 2 hour delay to departure meant arrival in Auckland was after 10pm, instead of the scheduled 8pm. Apart from that, the flight itself was pleasant and smooth,efficient and polite staff. On-line check in makes it easy at the airport. Would fly this again, but book an earlier flight in case of delays.

Recently flew several times with Air New Zealander.
Very comfortable economy seats, tasty meals and there snacks (meat pie) were to die for.

I arrived at Wgn airport early. Asked if I could change my flight, I did have a Flexi flight. The staff were amazing and I was able to change flights without any problems

The staff went out of their way to make my journey comfortable and enjoyable. I was travelling alone and the help and courtesy of the staff from my arrival at the counter until I left the flight was excellent.

Air New Zealand reminded me of what flying used to be like...FUN.
They have good snacks and meals and an excellent lounge.
