I arrived at Wgn airport early. Asked if I could change my flight, I did have a Flexi flight. The staff were amazing and I was able to change flights without any problems

The staff went out of their way to make my journey comfortable and enjoyable. I was travelling alone and the help and courtesy of the staff from my arrival at the counter until I left the flight was excellent.

Air New Zealand reminded me of what flying used to be like...FUN.
They have good snacks and meals and an excellent lounge.

We originally booked Premium Economy, but we were upgraded so we were not disappointed. Business class has extra wide seats and plenty of leg room. Getting a glass of bubbles when you boarded was also nice, movies were great and food and service was spectacular

Up graded to skycouch for extra room due to husbands injuries which made flying a little easier, air hostess on flight took time and talked to us and later came back and surprised us with anniversary congratulations glass of bubbles and ice cream and a chocolate each, that was such a kind gesture from one particular attendant, Food and cleanliness was all great standard would definitely fly with Air New Zealand again
