Aeromexico is the flagship of Mexico’s airlines and it should act as such.
Service (ground and flight) was not up to par; flight was delayed and girls at counter had no idea about it and desapeared instead of staying and inform passengers. Was left to airport personnel.......
Not being a cheap airline, frankly a very small bag of peanuts and a small glass of coca cola is dissapointing. At least use small bottles of refreshments for the passengers instead of a small glass from big bottles.
Remember you have to look at details to be the best

Wonderful experience after a not at all good experience with Spirit Airlines. The seating was comfortable and the air-staff were friendly and personable. I was shocked that the line offers free “BEER” and snacks too!! Can’t get a cup of water free with the others after paying $400 plus to fly. Smh!! Way to go... see you on my next trip back to Mexico which will be VERY soon

Three weeks before our recent flight from DF to Medellin, we were informed by Aeromexico that they were changing our flight, and it was now departing 2 HOURS EARLIER than originally scheduled. Huge problem for us, since we were flying from Los Cabos to DF, and we would now miss our MDE flight. So, I spoke with an Aeromexico supervisor and explained our situation, but he refused to do anything to accommodate us. He wouldn't allow us to fly to Medellin the next day unless we paid close to $600 in airfare plus change fees, he wouldn't reimburse us for our Los Cabos flight $95 change fee, he wouldn't do ANYTHING to help us. We found the Aeromexico employees to be unfriendly, the food on the flight was awful, and the beverage selection was very limited despite the offerings listed on their in-flight menu. Hubby and I fly approx 20,000 miles per year, and I can't remember having such a distasteful flight experience. There are just too many good airlines now to have to tolerate bad service and severe schedule changes from Aeromexico. Consider Volaris, Spirit, Southwest, Alaska AIr as well as the U.S. airline biggies when flying to/from Mexico, and Copa to Central/South America, but boycott Aeromexico.

Enjoyed my flight better than US based airlines. Friendly and helpful staff. Light food on several legs of the flight. Did have a delay in Mexico City that could have been handled with more information and directions, but certainly not worse than I’ve had wit other airlines. Will look to them for future flights.
