Nice flight with a bus size airplane (but much quicker). Everything went smoothly and quick, staff were nice and friendly.
Don't expect too much, just sit back and enjoy...

We bought tickets from LJU to MUC and few days before they combine flight wit the flight to VIE. But that was not the case at all. At VIE (1st stop) there was chaos and cabin crew confused and didn't know how to deal with the passengers. Who will bord and who will stay onboar to MUC. No one even think to simply ask passangers to show boarding pass prior to leaving the airplane. Than they were counting and searching for the passangers. The highlight was when on 2dn stop in MUC pilot walked out of the plain on the bus and (terminal bus transfer) and literally asked passanger where they fly and asked for boarding pass. Than he finally found passanger who should stay on board to LJU. What a non professional cabin crew that the pilot has to do all what should be done by the cabin crew. The result was many of passengers stuck on LJU airport and the rest stuck between VIE, MUC and final destination. What a lovely day.

The sequence
1.flight from Podgorica to Frankfurt via Ljubljana
2.email 2days before departure we have to be 1hour earlier at the airport as they make additional stopover in Skopje!
3.flight from Podgorica 1hour delay
4.stopover on Skopje-plane broken om the runway, we have to go back
5.we will miss the flifht to Frankfurt and noone gives a... That people have plans obligations etc.

I don't have any issue with the flight itself. It was a small plane (CRJ-900 series) for a short flight (2 hours). The flight was comfortable, the cabin crew was fine.
However the company managed to book 87 passengers on an 86-seat plane and only seems to have realised just before boarding time. Worse, when we took off after a passenger kindly volunteered to reschedule her flight, there seemed to be a spare seat in business class...

On time going both ways. Nice service and crew. Meals were adequate. Small craft but not too crowded.
