My flight was paid for and confirmed 5 months prior..on boarding the plane there were 6more passengers than available seats.after a delay and circus on tarmac and plane i agreed to accept compensation of 250 euro's each for my wife and i to off load and take a take a later flight with stopovers etc.we were given vouchers to claim on and directed to a web sight to claim.8 weeks later i have not received a thing so i rang slovenia ,adria air and was told to expect to wait a further 10 months.
What can you do the second flight was delayed on the zurich tarmac and i arrive at my final destination 7 hours late but not as late as compensation.

This air company cancelled 3 of 4 flights im 2 months which I bought. It can happen but what I dont understand is that 2 months without refund, they still hold my money, do not communicate. I have already sent 10 requests for refund for each one flight. No reaction, just automatically sent email. I not recommend this Air company. They loan me 600€.

Flight was on time, staff very friendly, fluently spoken English, helpful and supportive. Lack of place for legs in Canader airplane is very common.

Booked the flight on Skyscanner so tickets via a third party. When we arrived at the airport, it didn’t recognise that I had paid for one bag to be checked in. After a bit of back and forth, the bag was checked in. Flight was delayed by 50 minutes. No refreshments on the flight, despite the cost.
No complaints about staff and 50 minutes is nothing really.

We had 4 flights, everyone of them was delayed, nut just a few minutes. Hours! So its ok for flights who are not too expensive but if you would come to your destination at time, take another one!
