Flew from Bristol on Friday 16 th .The plane was very clean and we left on time and arrived 10 minutes early .Captain was very informative and the crew very friendly and helpful especially Beth .We will definitely consider Thomas Cook Airlines in the future

My Fiancée and I have flew with thomas cook many many times to many different locations and always have an enjoyable flight.

The staff on board the flight are always friendly and we have never had any complaints about them. The james martyn meals they serve on board as well are very nice.

Boarding the aircraft always goes reasonably smoothly and the air craft themselves are comfortable, the sir busses are impressive with there very modern concept and touch screen monitors in the back of the head rest in front of you to watch all films or listen to all the music you want with a great variety and selection.

We fly with thomas cook the most because we book pretty much all our holidays with them as we trust the agents who work for them ad they know how to match our holiday needs perfectly. We are flying with them again this September for our wedding in cyprus and are looking forward to a smooth flight as this time we are flying with our 1 year old daughter and will be our first time flying with a child.

Wether it is a 2 hour flight or a 6 hour flight, we have always had a good experience.

Check in fast
Paid for fast track security was brill
Nice smiles from the crew
Paid for ex leg room 11DE
Screens on a short haul plane ( wow)
Used my headphones and watched friends
Moving map killed a few minutes on a SH flight
Hot breakfast was tasty and a cupa
Bought some duty free with 20% off
Landed early
A very pleasant experience
MT a dam site better than other airlines I’ve flown with.

What more can I say. Fight was on time, looked liked brand new interior on the aircraft.

Crew we’re brilliant as they always are on a TCX flight. Food was lovely and a nice range of drinks to choose from. Only downfall was there was no premium but I think they were waiting for the aircraft to be kitted out - something to do with it being an Air Tanker service.

I fly Thomas Cook a lot, I always experience a great service and often can tell now difference than flying with someone like Emirates - other than the Thomas Cook crew are way more friendly and interactive with you which is what you like on a long flight!!

We booked Thomas Cook for cheap, direct flights, London to South Africa, CPT.

Everything went smoothly.

Sadly one had to buy drinks/snacks, somewhat disappointing but there you go.

IFE was a bit limited, well, quite limited unless you paid more.

The cabin manager was a star at sorting out niggling problem and he made the flight much better with such good customer service.

I would fly with them again.
