The worst worst airline I met.
Appalling customer service, inaccessible website.
They try to get money out of you for anything possible.
My flight was canceled and moved to another day.
I've been trying to get hold of them for two weeks and still they don't answer on any channel.

They changed our flights. To a different day and with layovers (when it was direct). Didn't work for me, asked for a refund to my card. After some hassling, agreed and said it takes 6 to 10 MONTHS and asked for my cc info. Laughable. Worst airline

We enjoyed our trip to Guadalajara this July. Our family was able to use our free flight voucher from last year. Our flight had been canceled but Aeromar honored our flight on a different airline and gave us vouchers for another flight free. We were still had to pay the taxes and fees.

Avoid this abusive airline. They will not refund anything to your credit card but only in a form of credit for future flights,

Who wants to fly this crappy, bad service, third world service airline anyways? Avoid at all cost! Terrible service.

We flew Aeromar for the first time. The service was great and it was a clean, quick, easy flight. No problem
