My international flight from Mexico City was scheduled to leave at midnight. Upon arriving in Mexico City I discovered the airport train to terminal 1 doesn't run past 11 pm. In a panic I asked the Aeromar ground crew for help. He said don't worry I will help you. He called me an Uber and walked me to the car to ensure my safety and refused to take a tip.. telling me this was his job! If not for this young man I would have missed my international flight home! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Overall lousy service. Made us feel awful. Tickets overpriced for such short trip. Felt we were “targeted” for extra baggage inspection for no reason at all other than the “computer” said it needed to be done. Will never fly this airline again.
Booked a flight and took advantage of 24 hour cancellation policy. I called to cancel, got a confirmation number and the customer service center refused to honor the refund and indicated that I took the flight. Entirely impossible because I was in the USA at the time. They insisted that I was on the plane. Truth is that I took the same flight 3 days prior on a different reservation. Incompetence at its best. Disputed with CC company and refund issued. Such a pain in the axx.
Aeromar has the most restrictions and the most lenghty boarding process,there will allways be something to make your boarding experience a nightmare,I recommend to stick to the professional airlines like Aeroméxico,in a world of conecting flights this is surely the worst option,they will allways be quick to remind you you must donate 2 hrs of your time to board an Aeromar flight, Aeroméxico 30 min flat not worth your money
