Agree with the rest of the "terrible reviews". So poorly organized and lack total regard for the customer experience. I was supposed to travel with Aeromar in October to Manzanillo. I showed up at the airport to be told that my flight was canceled, and I should have been informed (which never happened). They committed to reimbursing my payment in 30 days after having me jump through hoops to submit an ID and my credit card information (again!). It is now almost March (four months), and I am still waiting for my money back. I have placed countless phone calls and sent many emails to no avail. I keep getting told that I will get my money back but "they do not know when". Maybe I will get it back with interest? Wishful thinking...

Hi guys, I book a flight from Mexico City to Morelia on the way to the airport so I could see my family. The airplane in American soil would not let me board to Mexico City so I canceled the flight (20 minutes after purchasing). Tell me why they would not refund me or give a voucher for my credit. I called customer service and no help! I have never been this upset at an airlines, and I take a lot of trash airline flights. I would not even rate this airline a 1/10! It’s more like -10. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS AWFUL AIRLINE. THANK YOU.

The crew did not enforce any standard safety precautions. Passengers were in direct violation of many rules: no seat belts, tray tables down while departing and passengers without face masks. The boarding process was chaos and very frustrating.

Book your flight elsewhere.

Ignore what they tell you about COVID safety. They packed us into a tiny plane, where the boarding process took 35 minutes because nobody organized anything or stopped people from brining bags that clearly wouldn’t fit aboard. Flight attendants did nothing to organize or encourage people to sit down so we could take off. There was zero air circulation, so the plane was hot and humid—great for viruses. Nobody enforced the mask mandate, so 1/4 of passengers had their noses exposed. What a joke.

After reading some reviews, we were hesitant of this airline, however it was a good experience with our flight over to Acapulco. They even serve a drink and a snack
The only detail is that, there should be a person in the counter at the gate a bit early since someone showed 5 min prior to get on-board the plain.
