Agree with the rest of the "terrible reviews". So poorly organized and lack total regard for the customer experience. I was supposed to travel with Aeromar in October to Manzanillo. I showed up at the airport to be told that my flight was canceled, and I should have been informed (which never happened). They committed to reimbursing my payment in 30 days after having me jump through hoops to submit an ID and my credit card information (again!). It is now almost March (four months), and I am still waiting for my money back. I have placed countless phone calls and sent many emails to no avail. I keep getting told that I will get my money back but "they do not know when". Maybe I will get it back with interest? Wishful thinking...
