I love flying with this airline. 48hrs checkin ahead, fantastic porter service if flying with hand luggage only (when your standard hand luggage is too big for a small cabin), and still in flight refreshments.

A bit pricey compared to other airlines but as only direct flight to Bristol and with such good service I think it's worth it. There are no flights on this route on a Saturday though.

Our last flight had quite a long delay but the team obviously worked hard to fix a problem and get us going again. Better to be safe...

you get free hold luggage and a meal and drinks on board included. You do have to get a bus from the terminal to the plane both going and coming which seems to take you all the way round the airfield!

This was booked as part of a holiday company so we did not choose the airline. Very convenient in terms of departure and arrival airport and a charming little 3 seats across Embraer. But, and it is a big but - no online check in. Desk only. Not too bad going out but we had to queue for 50 minutes on the way back at the single check in desk. There are only 75 passengers on the plane. Not good for stress levels and tolerance testing. The complimentary bar on the plane helped.

Very simple, the flight was on time, customer service excellent and they didn't try to sell me anything! We will definitely use this service again.

First surprise! Hold bag included! Second pleasant surprise, no need to print our own boarding cards! All done 'old school' at check-in, very civilised! Just hand over your passport & you're off! Travelling with Granddaughter & check-in staff very helpful in sitting us together (not so apparently with other budget carriers who seem to split families so they can charge extra for seating together!) as a family.
Third surprise! even though the flight is only just over an hour, served drink & large ham & cheese croissant (free!) by hard working, pleasant, flight attendant.
Yes the aircraft is no 'spring chicken' but the seats are OK, & I will certainly choose them over a couple of the other (orange & green variety!) if route allows!
