Flight was on time, good on board service and comfortable flight. No issue with Latam Airline. We were serve with pasta dishes and drinks (wine).

In On-Boad entertainment with current movies. Pleasant Cabin Staff. Food was much better than most US domestic airlines. Clean restrooms

We recently flew Latam ( business class)from Lima to Los Angeles. It was a new plane, with very comfortable flat beds, lovely service and good food. Very impressive!

Good service in a 90 minutes long flight. Unfortunately no time enough for Duty Free service on board...

Our flight out of Buenos Aires was delayed due to bad weather. Unfortunately it meant missing our connecting flight. All of this was understandable. However on arriving at the desk to rearrange flight it took over one and a half hours to re ticket our onward journey and by 3.30am our patience was wearing thin. Why with modern technology should this take so long. The airline staff did not communicate well with us and from their reaction our frustration did not seem to bother them making us think it was all too common a practice. We were not offered 2 nights in the hotel as our next flight out was a full day later and it would have meant checking out just 6 hours after checking in and hanging around the hotel for the next 12 hours!
Latam need to compensate passengers fully for their inconvenience and not make it seem as though they are doing you a favour. We would prefer to be home now and back at our jobs as planned.
