Hi never been here before. Can you park a car near the beach and easy access for a wheelchair user.

Yes to both questions.

Broadstairs Harbour car park is just yards from the beach right at the end of Harbour Street on the pier. See the link below for info on charges and disabled spaces. As it's a narrow no-through road it can get very busy and congested in the summer season down there though. Just yards from the car park there is step-free access on to the beach which has a duckboard path across the sands for wheelchair access.

If you're unable to park there, there is a lift down to the beach from the clifftop promenade which is usually open during daytime hours. For example there is another small car park just off the high street from where you can walk through to the prom, or there is some limited on-street parking. Along the prom itself is pay & display, the side streets by the mini-golf have free bays but with time limits (1 or 2 hrs can't remember which).
