I would head to Sadie’s by the Sea and have a lovely lunch at their Goat Island Cafe. Walking distance from town and port. They have what I believe is the best private beach on the island. You could also catch one of the island style buses and go for a trip to anywhere. Just remember they work on island time.

There are so many tours available when you get off the ship if you don't want to do one of the ship tours.

We enjoyed driving the East Coast which was lovely scenery and stopping off at the Two Dollar Beach for a swim, you can also catch a taxi there from Port. There is an entrance fee of US$5.

As mentioned Sadies by the sea is the other option if looking for lunch.
