Uber and taxi DROP OFF for LGA term C or D

Where does Uber or taxi DROP ME OFF if I’m leaving LGA from Delta terminal C or D?

I know where they both pick up passengers leaving the airport. I’m asking if they both will take me right to the departure level at my terminal C or D? All I can find online is where they pick up and that’s not what I’m asking.

Yes, terminal curbside drop offs for departing passengers are allowed
