Hotel without resort fees?

I'm going to have quite a few questions over the next month or so and I really appreciate the time that people take to help visitors. Thanks so much.

I am wondering if there are any nice hotels on the strip that don't charge a resort fee. I don't plan to spend time at a pool and we will be walking to other hotels and to Freemont street most of our days.

No. Beat western casino royal has no resort fee but it's not as nice and often u can find a resort property for the same or less including the fee as casino royale charges without one.

Just add in the resort fee to the price of properties you are looking at and choose one in your price range. Whether the hotel is 70 plus 30 resort fee or 100 with no resort fee, it comes to the same price, no?

I have not seen a resort fee that includes the pool. You would only have to pay to use the pool if it is a special restricted pool or a special event.

There will be 50 replies to this post but none will be more on point than CBub's.

Have you thought of a time share resort? Polo Towers or others.

Okay, got it. The resort fee is just part of going to Vegas. Thanks for the prompt replies. We'll suck it up. Can't wait to be there. I

Should just stay on freemont street with no resort fees if you plan on freemont street.

Elara is nice and no resort fees on the strip connected directly to miracle miles mall which is directly connected to planet hollywood.

Hotel a- $150 + $30 fee

Hotel b- $180 no fee.

This is how it works. If you rule out the ones with resort fees, you are cutting out 90% of the hotels in vegas to pick from.

Royal Resort just down passed The Encore and slightly off strip - near Peppermill - it has pool but no casino - I would stay here to avoid fees as they have gone silly now - you only need a base - you will be in every other hotel a bigger amount of time anyway, "what's with this need to stay on the strip/city centre area" I don't get it, save your money for all that Vegas has to offer instead.

The California, Fremont, 4 Queens and Main Street Station Downtown have no resort fees.

The Cal and 4 Queens are doing construction. Avoid at this time.

The TI (Treasure Island) has a TV AD Special where you can opt out of the resort fees. I just did this last week. You must book that special direct on the TI website.

Have a great time in Las Vegas!
