I tip the dealers while playing table games, does anyone also tip the pit boss who take your players card and tracks your bets and time?
I know Wynn shares a percentage of their tips with floor supervisors. Their reasoning is no one would want to be promoted because dealers would make more than managers. So what? My top salespeople make more than I do even though they report to me...TV news anchors make more than general managers..lots of examples of that. If you only care about money..snap cards for eight hours a day. The problem is that some supervisors are “dual rates “ who are dealers during busy times and supervise when they need more suits on the floor .
Definitely not .
Absolutely not !
I tip any and all servers/dealers, never management, that's the casino's job.
No to the pit bosses, but when I get a share of a bad beat poker hand, I give the floor person a tip that hands me the chips.

I always assumed the tips were split between everybody because they just put them in the little box attached to the table.
