Marijuana law

So, can I legally fire up a doobie while walking the Strip? inside a casino? just in my hotel room?

Can it be purchased legally anywhere on the Strip?

Well, there is a dispensary, behind Trump Tower, with looms lined up, maybe 4 deep.

Seems to be popular for some?

Enjoy your doobie,

“with looms lined up, ”

That’s probably hemp.

Many restaurants have enlarged the size of their nacho platters since the new law.

I don't think you can just smoke weed walking down the street but there are legal dispensaries you can buy it from and smoke it on your own time.

Keep in mind that edibles are hardly recognizable as being anything than what they look like. 😉

Artemus,

Yes, Restaurant Joël Robuchon has added a “Munchies Cart,”to their Nread, Cheese and Dessert Carts, just because of weed in The Strip.

Not sure if they have added Nachos, but If they do, their fromagerie, Jean-Paul, will NOT use that “gooey cheese.” I assure you.

To straighten out some of the misinformation here. You may only smoke it in your own HOME. It may not be smoked outdoors on streets or other public places. It may NOT be smoked in hotels rooms, even "smoking" rooms (though of course many people flaunt the law and show no respect for their neighbors.) Tourists have no legal place to smoke it. Note: There may be membership lounges but the information the web is sketchy.

The solution is to buy edibles.

Dang!

I swear I saw three limos leaving the dispensary on Sammy Davis, Jr Blvd, with a “blue cloud,” rising from the open sunroof.

Maybe I was wrong?

Where can homeless people smoke it if you can only smoke it in your own home?
