I've never heard of this. Why don't you try calling one of the businesses in St. Ignatius? Someone in that small town can tell you.

Next year will be the 30th anniversary. It looks like it is held on the 4th weekend of July.
From the St. Ignatius website, prior year pie contest -- these people may know: "Questions call Jim or Julie at Old Timer Cafe 745-3240"
There is no central website or Chamber of Commerce that I could find.
