Is their a beach in Rock hall?
There is a small beach in the town of Rock Hall. I'm sure that someone at one of the local restaurants could direct you. Nice in the early summer, when I've visited, but I've heard that there are lots of jellyfish as the water heats up.
Jelly fish, or stinging nettles usually arrive in July but that is just an average as their presence is dictated by the salinity of the water.
Yes. It is on the bay not the ocean.Edited: 13 August 2011, 03:52
Yes. Go to the end of Rock Hall road and turn left onto Beach Road. This will take you to the Rock Hall Beach. This is a well kept small sandy beach. This is created by manmade stone barriers. The water is brackish, the salt content affected by the seasons. There is a board walk, benches, and plenty of and all.
