Surprised that no one writes about Thomasville. Stopped here on our way back to Michigan from Florida and really enjoyed the short time we spent here. Walked the downtown and ventured into a few shops. We then found Billiard Academy where you can order through a little window from the outside and sit on the tables on the sidewalk. Coney dogs, with loose hamburger are only $2.00 and are so, very good. We had 2 coney's, 2 glass-bottle cokes and 2 bags of chips for only $7.00. It's one of those local stops that you hope to experience. There are some other good restaurants here too. Nice town.
