You will find plenty of information by just searching "fishing in prescott" in your browser. There are some lakes and some streams. As we are approaching peak summer temperatures, fishing might not be so good.

You will need a fishing license. Also a trout stamp if fishing where there are trout. Be aware that other than worms, live bait is not allowed in Arizona waters except in specified areas which would not include Prescott and Prescott National Forest.

I particularly love Granite Basin. Granite Basin Lake is a small, very scenic lake that was one of our family's traditional picnic/fishing spots (bass & catfish).
