Hi, woman solo traveller arriving at CCU at 2am. I had bad luck to book transport via hotel, so I am looking for the smooth way to get through passport control and get car to the hotel. Any recommendations?
Many service providers on Google, but reviews are really bad.
If possible, take a taxi from your hotel as it is the safest option, even if it might cost a little more.

57 helpful votes Use the prepaid taxi counter at the airport. You can also use Uber, if you have the app and a roaming data plan.

Part of me wants to suggest another hotel if your current accommodation can't organise an airport transfer for you.
