Nagano Ebisuko Fireworks Festival

I can't find much information on their official website, please share with me if you have any:

1) Which bus should i take? (bus number?)

2) Is this a private bus that only makes one stop to the destination?

3) Where exactly should i wait for the bus outside Nagano JR station?

4) Any idea of the bus frequency?

Many thanks!

Here are the sites for this event.

Shuttle bus service is available from JR Nagano Station, which should be frequent.

I don't think you need to worry about this too much. Ask at Tourist Information at Nagano Station when you arrive. Or just follow the crowds! I haven't been to this particular festival, but I've been to many others and there have always been staff on hand to direct people to the appropriate bus stop, as well as many signs. You won't be the only person trying to catch the bus and I'm sure the staff will be well prepared to get people to the bus stop as efficiently as possible.
