ATMs on the Island

Years ago from what I read it seemed there were no ATMs on the island. Is that still true? Do restaurants there accept credit cards??

I just went to the Island – not sure about ATMs since I withdrew cash in Panama City, right before getting on the ferry. As for credit cards, restaurants and hotels do accept CC

Geralds accepts Visa

One of the smaller restaurants we went to didn't

I would bring cash I didn't see any atms
