Don’t think you can find non-fresh sushi anywhere in Japan.

Fresh in the sense that it is at its prime for consumption. Some fish cannot be served fresh off the ocean / river.

There are a number of sushi/sashimi restaurants inside S-Pulse Dream Plaza.

The place even houses a sushi museum.

is the 《櫻桃小丸子》(日語:ちびまる子ちゃん,英文:Chibi Maruko Chan)museum worth a visit for a non-fan? but a fan of other anime?
