Absolutely not for women - and if you even think you can get away with it then hotel staff will be over very quickly to ask you to cover up

I think in general very few places in the world dont allow it, europe prob is the difference, and def noT in singapore which i saw you ask on another forum.

LOL!!! A couple of years ago a woman was arrested for topless sunbathing on her balcony. So no, definately not allowed.
