I will take a train from Gap to Briancon. From there to Ouix, I need a bus. Is the bus station close to my arrival train station?

It's Oulx, with an "l." The gare routière is almost always very close to the gare SNCF, so just google gare routière Briançon.

The current bus timetable https://www.05voyageurs.com/doc/pdf_fiches-saisonnieres/s33_biancon-oulx.pdf specifies that the bus leaves from the Gare SNCF which is the train station.

The timetable accessible by clicking through the Resalp website expired in November.
